Game Symbols
Every game piece Unicode draws: a complete deck of playing cards including the four suits and the card back, all of the domino tiles, the six dice faces, the black and white chess pieces, and the card suits ♠ ♥ ♦ ♣. Click any symbol to copy it.
The playing cards include a Knight between the Jack and Queen, a rank from the old game of tarot that never made it into the standard 52-card deck. Some of these characters may appear as colourful emoji depending on the app you paste them into.

The forgotten Knight in the deck
Look closely at the playing cards and you will find a rank that is in no modern deck. Sitting between the Jack and the Queen is the Knight, a survivor from tarot and the older European card games, where the court ran Jack, Knight, Queen and King. When the familiar 52-card deck settled on only three court cards, the Knight was quietly dropped, but Unicode kept it so the full historical pack could still be written out.
The set also includes a card back, the one card meant to be seen face down. With it, the deck here is complete enough to lay out an entire game in plain text, which is more than most fonts will ever let you do.
